Premiere Sequence Settings For Youtube

Hi everyone, I just grabbed a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 because I want to leave Sony Vegas once and for all.

The thing is I really don't know what to do with the beginning of the project, in the Sequence Preset selector.

I record my cam with a 640x480 resolution @ 30fps and the gameplay with a 1280x720 resolution @ 30 FPS.

60fps Export Adobe Premiere Settings?

With youtube now accepting 60fps (or at least, I've heard), are any of you guys exporting in these settings? Right now, I'm having a heck of a time.

Just finished some Dying Light Episodes, but I'd like for it to be beautiful. I recorded via Shadowplay.

Right now, the way I have it setup, I was using a custom setup with 60fps, at a 50 bitrate. 1920 x 1080. The file size was 5 gb for 15 minutes of vid :

Youtube also had a field day trying to upload. The entire process took about 3-4 hours between exporting and uploading. It's still processing (or at least, I hope it is, because right now the best it can show is 360p).

Any recommendations? Is it even worth it?
