Hello! Today, I'm going to do a review on Pokemon Glazed. I recently just finished this game and it's just amazing!
Pokemon Glazed is a GBA rom hack made by Redriders180 (Lucbui) on Pokecommunity.
As for your starter in this game, you can choose between five starters instead of three. There are three regions in this game which is Tunod, Johto and Rankor. Tons of cool features and many interesting things were added here so make sure you download this rom and play :D

This game is still in a beta version at the moment.

The storyline of this game is good and long which makes it more fun and exciting. You can explore in three different regions. GameFreak should learn from this game. They should add another region or more in their games so it could be fun. If they can't think of any new region, they can just add an old region like Kanto and whatsoever. For example, in Pokemon XY, you explore Kalos then after beating the Elite Four, you can travel to Kanto for a new storyline or something like that. I'm just expressing my opinion here though. XD
You can encounter different kinds of people in this game. There is this girl that actually annoyed me the most. I don't know but she's just a *beep*. She's also a rival in the game. I don't know if she has a male counterpart or something if you tried playing as a boy. Her name is Chelle by the way. That girl on the picture above. -.-
If she hates me, I hate her too. Such a brat.
Some gym leaders and elite four members are hard to beat. There was a gym leader where I had a difficulty on beating so I had to train my pokemon for how many times. All the hard work was worth it. But if you really want to win, you use a pokemon that is super effective against their pokemon.
That's an obvious tip up there XD
The places are good. Some buildings have a unique design. Ohh! They also have churches where they worship Arceus which is amazing.
There are also some secret areas in the game so you might want to check it out after you finished the game because you might get legendaries or something like that :P
Tons of pokemon with their final evolutions appear in different places so it might be easier for you to catch some final evolutions if you want to complete your pokedex.
You can also get each starter pokemon from Kanto to Kalos. I'm not sure if you can get the others though. XD
The legendary pokemons are actually hard to capture. Tool. I'm currently catching legendaries now and it took like 10-15 ultra balls so I could catch one.
There are unique items in this game. I like this key item which allows you to know what the pokemon is saying. An example is this picture above. XD It's a Ho-Oh saying that he/she is drop-dead gorgeous. Bam!
You can buy masterballs but you need to buy the upper and lower part of ball. The parts are expensive though.
