Requires:
Dolphin: Link
IE Strikers 2013 ISO: Download link courtesy of /u/emypony
Wiimmfi: Download link
Wiimmfi Unbanner: Download link
NUS Downloader: Download link
Certificate Extractor: Download link
Optional English patch (very incomplete): Download link
Instructions:
Steps 1 - 6 is essentially the same as listed in Dolphin's guide for network play.
1) Extract the NUS Downloader from its archive.
2) Run the NUS Downloader and click on Database
3) Check the 'Create Decrypted Contents(*.app)' box then select the latest version of IOS 13: Database > IOS > 000000010000000D - IOS13 > Latest Version
4) In the folder where you extracted NUS Downloader to, there should be a new folder called titles
. Go to titles000000010000000D1032
. Make sure that the 00000011.app
file exists; it's the only file required.
5) Copy the Certificate Extractor into this folder, and then drag00000011.app
onto it. This should create three new files:
- clientca.pem
- clientcakey.pem
- rootca.pem
6) Move those three files into your Dolphin Emulator folder in Documents. Paste this %userprofile%DocumentsDolphin EmulatorWii
into Windows Explorer to go there. This is what it should look like.
7) Extract the Wiimmfi archive into a folder, and navigate to the /Windows
folder. Copy the ISO into this folder.
8) Click on patch-wiimmfi.bat
and a Windows CMD pop-up will show. If it succeeds, a message telling you to Press any key to continue
will show up.
9) Navigate back to the folder where Wiimmfi was extracted to, and a new folder called wiimmfi-images
should be there. In it you will find your patched ISO. Copy/cut it wherever you have set your original ISO of the game and replace it.
10) For this step, ensure that Dolphin is closed. Run the Wiimmfi Unbanner file, and a Windows CMD window should pop up. Drag your Dolphin folder in your documents (it should be in %userprofile%Documents
or in My Documents, called Dolphin Emulator, which you went to in step 6) onto the window. If it succeeds, you should see this.
How to play online:
When in the main menu of the game, at the bottom right corner there is a pink menu option with the Steel Tower. Select that and you will see your friend code at the bottom, and three options. The leftmost one is rankings, which may not work properly. The middle option is for online matches, and the right option is to add or remove friends using their friend code, who you can quickly challenge to a match with the middle option.
In matches, you can use one of the inbuilt teams, or choose your own team by selecting the Wii option and choosing your save.
Controls:
A = For certain changes in-game, like editing your team during half time, etc.
B = For sprinting. Also used to change a player’s outfit in the clubhouse
1 = The back button and also the button you hold during matches to use hissatsus and shoot; hold it to power your hissatsu to higher levels or trigger combo shots or to make chain shots.
2 = The yes button. You also use this to pass to the closest player to you. Dlw apprentice 2018.
-

+
